    Vitaly Milonov, a conservative MP who authored a controversial law banning “homosexual propaganda” in Russia’s cultural capital, said he would ask prosecutors to investigate Lady Gaga for breaking the law.

    “We will contact prosecutors and the law enforcement agencies to carry out a thorough investigation of the situation,” Milonov told Life News, a Kremlin-friendly tabloid.

    “When people tell kids ‘you must support sexual minorities’, that can create a false equivalence for them between traditional and non-traditional relationships.”

    Lady Gaga says her manager  received a call saying she would face a $50,000 fine or be arrested if she spoke about the LGBT community while performing in St. Petersburg.

    Two researchers believe that sexual orientation IS determined in the womb. Duh! This is anything but news to us same sex lovin’ mo’s.

    researchers William Rice, a professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Urban Friberg, a professor at Uppsala University in Sweden, say homosexuality is determined by epi-marks — temporary switches that control how our genes are expressed during gestation.

    Specifically, the researchers discovered sex-specific epi-marks which, unlike most genetic switches, get passed down from father to daughter or mother to son.

    So mothers are not the only ones to blame. A lot of queens just lost their only form of holiday torture pleasure this year…

    Epigenetic mechanisms can be seen as an added layer of information that clings to our DNA. Epi-marks regulate the expression of genes according to the strength of external cues. Genes are basically the instruction book, while epi-marks direct how those instructions get carried out. For example, they can determine when, where, and how much of a gene gets expressed.

    Uruguay’s House approved the bill in a landslide vote of 81 to 18…

    Eighty-one of the 99 members of Uruguay’s House of Representatives voted to legalize same-sex marriage this evening. Twelve members of the chamber were not present for the vote. The bill now advances to the Senate, where support is equally strong, according to LGBT activists.

    President José Mujica plans to sign the measure into law in early 2013.

    As Uganda weighs the “kill gays bill” Desmond Tutu is calling on Ugandan MP not to pass it…

    Desmond Tutu, the archbishop emeritus of Cape Town, South Africa, penned a poignant op-ed Wednesday calling on Uganda’s members of parliament to stand up for the oppressed and reject the Anti-Homosexuality Bill, which would prescribe long-term imprisonment and even death for some LGBT people.

    “One thing that Ugandan legislators should know is that God does not discriminate among members of our family,” writes Tutu. “God does not say black is better than white, or tall is better than short, or football players are better than basketball players, or Christians are better than Muslims… Or gay is better than straight. No. God says love one another; love your neighbor. God is for freedom, equality, and love.”

    Katy Perry was honored for her being a gal pal to the LGBT youth from The Trevor Project during it’s annual gala, Trevor Live.

    “I grew up in a very intolerant environment,” she said. “For a long time, I was told that people who were lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender or questioning were an abomination. But when I started to ask questions, it was hard to find an answer that made rational sense from the bubble around me.”

    Well, her parents are pastors after all…

  • University settles lawsuit & pays $75,000 to counseling student Julea Ward…Who refused to counsel gays…

    Eastern Michigan University said that it has settled a lawsuit filed Julea Ward after the former student was dismissed from the master’s degree counseling program because she refused to counsel gay people because it was against her “religious” beliefs…Shes a “Christian” after all, y’all…

    “EMU has made the decision that is in the best interest of its students and the taxpayers of the state of Michigan to resolve the litigation rather than continue to spend money on a costly trial,” said Walter Kraft, EMU’s vice president for communications, in a written statement.

    “The matter has been resolved in the amount of $75,000. The university’s insurance company, M.U.S.I.C. (Michigan Universities Self-Insurance Corporation), will pay the cost of the settlement.”

    I understand the Universities decision  i mean lets face it the amount of money spent on a trial can be better spent. However i do think they should have taken her ass to court and showed a bigot what ignorance and discrimination looks like. Settling this particular case does not set a good example for people of her ilk…

    The lawsuit was filed in April 2009 by the Alliance Defense Fund on behalf of Julea Ward, who was in the  Graduate School Counseling Program, training to become counselor for a K-12 . Ward claimed the university booted her ass because she would not counsel a gay client because of her (get your barf bag) beliefs.

    The university said she was dismissed for not following the American Counseling Association’s code of ethics….Praise JEEEZUSSSS…

    I always love it when a member of a minority group discriminates. Stupidity is priceless. And this girl was in college??

  • Elmo’s Kevin Clash – Sued by ANOTHER Accuser…Wow…

    Kevin Clash has been hit by with another suit from a 4th accuser claiming Clash had sex with him when he was 16, according to TMZ.

    The lawsuit was filed in NY  federal court and the accuser went under the name  John Doe. Doe claims he met Clash in Miami in the mid 90′s.

    Clash allegedly flew Doe to NYC, gave him money and the two had sex a number of times.

    According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Doe claims he’s suffered tremendous emotional, mental and psychological damage as a result of the relationship.

    TMZ spoke to Doe’s attorney, Jeff Herman, who tells us, “According to our lawsuit, Kevin Clash knowingly paid to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of satisfying his sexual interests.”

    Democrat.  Former Republican Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, who has been accused of being gay as long as Tom Cruise, has now switched parties and joined the Dems. I am suddenly seeing a coming out in the next year…

    The announcement fanned speculation that Crist would seek to regain his old job from Republican Gov. Rick Scott in 2014.

    Crist sent out a tweet that said, “Proud and honoured to join the Democratic Party in the home of President (at)Barack Obama!”

    “I’ve had friends for years tell me, ‘You know Charlie, you’re a Democrat and you don’t know it,’” Crist told the newspaper Friday night.

    I think Democrat is code for DE-MO-CRAT…

    Charlie was the subject of the documentary, OUTRAGE which focused on the gay closeted politicians who vote anti-gay. The film goes into detail about Charlie’s alleged secret gay life and as i always say, where there is smoke there is FIRE…

    The court has posted a ruling on prop 8 and doma. Cali gay couples will not have a resolution until next June. Even though the lawyers for our side wanted this. It’s disgusting. This has gone on long enough.
