After the shocking and disgusting anti-gay marriage protest in which tens of thousands of people participated , The French Senate voted in favor of passing gay marriage.They approved an article establishing gender-neutral language to refer to spouses by a margin of 179-157, according to San Diego Gay and Lesbian News.

Washington State Sues Florist for not serving Gay Couple.
The Washington State Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against Barronelle Stutzman, owner of Arlene’s Flowers and Gifts in Richland after she refused to serve a long time openly gay customer because her belief in Jesus did not allow her to provide flowers for his wedding.Honey, you clearly have no clue as to what Jesus would want you to do. Jesus was friends with EVERYONE dumbass. I suggest you go back and read your bible and stop using Jesus as your scape goat.
According to the Times, attorney general Bob Ferguson filed the lawsuit in Benton County Superior Court Tuesday against Barronelle Stutzman, who owns Arlene’s Flowers and Gifts in Richland, Wash., after the florist refused to serve a longtime gay customer, citing her “relationship with Jesus Christ.” Just days earlier, the AG’s office issued a letter asking Arlene’s to comply with state law.
“Under the Consumer Protection Act, it is unlawful to discriminate against customers on the basis of sexual orientation,” Ferguson said in a statement. “If a business provides a product or service to opposite-sex couples for their weddings, then it must provide same-sex couples the same product or service.”
Back story: Robert Ingersoll and his partner were long time customers of Stutzman’s. We are talking years here. Over that time they consistently sent flowers to one another via Stutzman and she knew what they were for.

38 GOP legislators vote to keep gay sex illegal in Montana. Democrat blasts them.
38 legislators in the Montana state House voted on Monday to keep gay sex illegal. I wonder how many of those 38 bend over the arm of the couch on the down low? But I digress. Rep. Amanda Curtis (D-Butte) was not having any of their bullshitz and posted this video.
“The good news,” according to Curtis, is that that the bill — designed to repeal a law that targets gay individuals — will move forward in the state House after a 60-38 vote. “[The] bad news is that there are 38 people in the House of Representatives who think that’s how their district wants them to vote … or [they] are not listening to their district and believe so strongly that gays should be felons that they have a moral obligation to keep it that way.”

Congressman: ‘Likes Being a Boy’ so Obamacare should not support sex changes.
How do people like this even function in society?House Republican Paul Broun of Georgia thinks that the Affordable Care Act should not cover procedures like gender transition surgery because he “likes being a boy.”
“I don’t want to pay for a sex change operation,” Rep. Paul Broun of Georgia said at a town hall meeting, according to the Barrow County News. “I’m not interested. I like being a boy.”
Oh honey. I like being a boy too, but see there are some people who are born with the wrong junk, it just happens, it’s called biology. It’s that simple. But it is not the same as you being a dumbass, that is completely environmental.

Oregon: Gay marriage haters handed blow over fight on gay marriage initiative wording.
The Oregon attorney general’s office put the ax to anti-gay marriage foes, The Oregon Family Council, who attempted to change the ballot title for a proposed initiative that would bring gay marriage to the Pacific Northwest state.The attorney general’s office on Friday announced its final wording on a ballot title — and it rejected the legal argument from an attorney for the Oregon Family Council that the title should reflect the notion that the initiative would require every governmental agency in Oregon to issue marriage licenses.
Basic Rights Oregon, the gay-rights group sponsoring the initiative, has rejected that argument as absurd. It says county clerks would continue to be the only ones issuing marriage licenses if this initiative is approved by voters.
