South Carolina: Federal judge strikes down state’s gay marriage ban

GaySouthCarolinaAbstr1A federal judge ruled Wednesday morning that South Carolina officials cannot enforce the state’s gay marriage ban, although a temporary stay means those marriages will not happen before Nov. 20.
