Scott Esk who is running for Oklahoma’s state House says that punishing gays by stoning them to death is just.
Last summer Scott Esk, a conservative Republican, responded in a Facebook conversation about Pope Francis’ ‘Who am I to judge gay people?’ statement. Esk quoted from the Old Testament passages where gay sexuality is punished. According to News Channel Four, Esk was asked if gays should be executed. ‘I think we would be totally in the right to do it,’ the candidate responded. ‘That goes against some parts of libertarianism, I realize, and I’m largely libertarian, but ignoring as a nation things that are worthy of death is very remiss.’
Esk recently reiterated his comments to a magazine editor doing a story on the candidates running for office
‘What I will tell you, right now, is that was done in the Old Testament under a law that came directly from God,’ Esk explained. ‘And in that time, it was totally just, it came directly from God. I have no plans to, you know, reinstitute that in Oklahoma law. I do have some very huge moral misgivings about those kinds of sins.’
Um, i don’t think your fire crotch pistachio size nutbag would even have a chance in hell of getting that law passed. However, feel free to take a little trip down yonder to Izzo’s house. I have a lovely backyard that we can practice the art of stoning in. But one little tip- I always win
