John Balyo, 35, a christian radio talk show host, has been arrested and being held without bail after he allegedly admitted to molesting a 12yr old boy.
“The defendant did make admissions to count one of the complaint,” Gilbert told Calhoun County District Court Magistrate David Heiss during Balyo’s arraignment.
Balyo is charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct — a penetration offense — and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct — a touching offense. Battle Creek police have alleged he had a sexual encounter with a 12-year-old boy in Battle Creek on May 17.
Balyo was fired immediately from WCSG-FM, a Christian radio station associated with Conerstone University. Balyo was arrested Friday in Gaylord at a Christian music event.

Balyo allegedly paid 41-year-old Ronald Lee Moser, to arrange sexual encounters with his victims. Moser was arrested in June, after officers with the federal agency’s Homeland Security Investigations unit raided his home — where they found him living with a 12-year-old boy and a stash of child pornography, authorities said.
Moser allegedly ran a website that allowed customers to pay for sex with underage boys.

The saddest thing about this is that all of us good out and open proud gay men will be tarred and feathered over what some ostensibly heterosexual did – -just like with Sandusky, with the priests — all of them – they all hold themselves out to be heterosexuals and we gay guys get blamed for this — and yet NOT ONE SINGLE OPEN GAY MAN ever gets arrested for this.
