Shed No Tears: Most Hated Man In Amerca Fred Phelps is Dead

The world has just become a bit more peaceful….

I don’t have to go into detail about who and what Fred Phelps was. As the founder and leader of the anti-gay hate group Westboro Baptist Church, he was responsible for spreading some of the most vile hate against the LGBT community in the last 20 plus years. With picket signs and websites that read “God Hates Fags” and “Thank God for Dead Soldiers.”

The 84-year-old died of natural causes at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to church spokesman Steve Drain.

Phelps founded Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas, in 1955 and molded it in his fire-and-brimstone image. Many members of the small congregation are related to Phelps through blood or marriage.

The hate group/family which obviously knew this long awaited occasion would be at the delight of many, had this to say:

“God forbid, if every little soul at the Westboro Baptist Church were to die at this instant, or to turn from serving the true and living God, it would not change one thing about the judgments of God that await this deeply corrupted nation and world.”

I’m not one to dance on some ones grave, but if there is a hell, Fred Phelps is definitely rotting in it.
