Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring says he has no plans to defend his state’s gay marriage ban against pending lawsuits challenging it. Herring, elected in November, believes that law ‘unlawfully discriminates on the basis of both sexual orientation and gender.’

As you can imagine, the anti-gay mega monsters have their teats in a twist… and we love it.
