Utah: Married Same-Sex Couples Can File Joint Taxes

It just keeps gettin’ crazier in Utah. 

Same-sex couples legally married in Utah or any other state can file state tax returns as spouses, even though Utah’s governor is still refusing to legally recognize the marriages that took place.
