Police Release Sketch of Suspect in Brutal Beating of Gay Man in Manhattan

On January 17th, Randy Gener was walking home from a party  when he was brutally attacked at 54th and 7th ave and left for dead. Gener was found laying in a pool of blood with his head bludgeoned. 

Police have now released a sketch of the alleged suspect, who is in his 20′s, about 6 feet tall.

The hate crimes task force is investigating the attack on Randy Gener, a Filipino-American editor, writer, and artist.

Gener underwent brain surgery and is currently in intensive care at St. Luke’s Hospital.
