Four people were charged with kidnapping a California marijuana dispensary owner, torturing him with a blowtorch and cutting off his penis during a robbery because they thought he was burying piles of cash in the desert, authorities said Friday.

Ryan Anthony Kevorkian, 34, and Naomi Josette Kevorkian, 33, were arrested Friday in Fresno, a day after the FBI arrested 34-year-old Hossein Nayeri in Prague in the Czech Republic, Orange County authorities said in a statement.

Kyle Shirakawa Handley, 34, (pictured) was arrested in October of last year.

They kidnapped him and his roommate’s girlfriend, driving them out to the desert while torturing them with a blowtorch.

They cut off his penis, poured bleach on him in an effort to destroy any DNA evidence. The 3 men dumped him and woman on a roadside and drove off with his penis so that it could not be could not be reattached, authorities claimed.

I really believe there are some people who do not deserve to breathe the same air as the rust of us good folks and these four fall under that category.
