Gay Couple Kicked Out of Mall for Holding Hands/PDA’s, Kiss In planned.

Gay couple Jose Guzman, 24, and Daniel Chesmore, 21,  were kicked out of  the Westfield Galleria in Roseville, California for holding hands and kissing each other on the cheek by a security guard who was clearly homophobic.

“We were just holding hands and kissing each other on the cheek,” Daniel Chesmore told the Daily News. “It was friendly and playful. There was nothing sexual about it.”

The guard reportedly told the couple that their behavior was inappropriate because there were children nearby. At that point, Chesmore began to record the incident.

Always in the name of “children”.  It’s amazing how douchebags like this forget that gays were children too that THEY bred.

“If you continue to kiss, you will be asked to leave the mall. Period,” the voice on the recording said. “I counted you guys kissing 25 times. I told you before, we contact any couple [...] about this.”

He probably only counted so he could jerk off about it later. Seriously, who have paid that much attention?

Chesmore denied his claim, saying it was impossible considering they had only been in the mall a COUPLE of minutes.

He also expressed outrage that the guard said he was a threat to children, noting that both he and Guzman work as tutors at an elementary school.

“I feel isolated,” Chesmore explained. “I feel I’m being discriminated against because of my sexual orientation. For some reason I am some threat to children…but I work with children.”

The initial statement from the Galleria’s General Manager Eddie Ollman, who would not go on camera. Apparently he is a bit camera shy, said “Persons that violate the Code of Conduct are asked to leave the property.”

Fox 40 did not locate anything in the Gallerias code of conduct that refers to public display of affection, or sexual orientation for that matter but reporters decided to take a gander for themselves and went under cover Ninja on the mall and saw “dozens of straight couples sitting inside of the Galleria, holding hands and smooching, right out in the open.”

The mall is now running scared and have announced via their Facebook page that they “celebrate the diversity” of their community and showing support of a “kiss in” at the mall scheduled for this Saturday.

I do believe that this was the action of a lone homophobic security guard. I have been to Westfield’s Century City mall in Los Angeles a million times and trust me it is homoriffic. I have seen gays holding hands countless times without incident.
