After revoking a gay couples ‘family membership’ and denying their young boy access to the pool, Will Trinkle and Juan Granados did what any self respecting gay man would do (not Jimmy LaSalvia ;) and  filed a lawsuit against Roanoke Athletic Club.

We are happy to find out that the club not only reversed it’s decision but also changed the family policy to include gay couples and their families.

Seriously though, in this day and age, every health club should include gay families on their membership polices. It’s a no brainer…
