Last week i posted about Barbara Johnson, a lesbian who was  denied communion for the Reverend at her mothers funeral because . “I cannot give you Communion because you live with a woman, and in the eyes of the church that is a sin.” Well now she has received an apology from the Archdiocese but not Guarnizo himself. In fact he has not been heard from since. The douchebag also left the alter as Johnson gave her eulogy. 

Barbara Johnson and her relatives have asked the archdiocese to remove the priest who denied her Communion last Saturday at her mother’s home parish in Gaithersburg, Md. The archdiocese issued a statement saying the Rev. Marcel Guarnizo’s actions violated policy but said any action taken against him will remain confidential because it is a personnel issue.

However the catholic church has no problem protecting child molesting priests….

Johnson said she received apologies from the parish pastor and two diocesan officials, including the Most Rev. Barry Knestout, the auxiliary bishop and vicar general of the archdiocese. Knestout wrote her a letter apologizing for a “lack of pastoral sensitivity.”

“In my years as a priest, I have encountered many pastoral situations and know that kindness to those experiencing personal loss is a necessary part of the church’s call to clarity,” Knestout wrote. “The fact that you did not experience this is a cause of great concern and personal regret to me.”

Let me explains something about Jesus that most catholic’s, Christians or whatever your faith,  have completely choose not to acknowledged. If you believe in the bible then you know that Jesus, was friends with a prostitute, lepers, all races, all sinners, the poor and most importantly, he befriended the alienated. Jesus saved everyone… So before you go calling yourself  ”Christians, Catholics” or whatever the fuck, you better take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself if Jesus would approve…
