And the crap continues to roll: Sheriff Paul Babeu got $1.7 Mil For Border Fence From alleged sex pal Dem State Rep Matt Heinz…

Oh dear, when shit rolls it rolls fast. Paul Babeu who is being accused by his ex- of threatening deportation if he did not keep his mouth shut about their relationship is now feeling the heat about questions receiving a note and $1.7 million with the help of gay democrat Matt Heinz for Babeu’s pet border control project. And a sleep over he spent at Heinz and his boyfriend’s house shortly after the money was donated.

Now i told you yesterday that i believed Babeu during his press conference over the weekend and i still do, however knowing his political aspirations and his former position with Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign, i was not 100% a fool. This guy has some stank written all over him.

A telling paragraph at the end of  Monica Alonzo’s original article of how Sheriff Paul Babeu allegedly threatened his Mexican ex-boyfriend “Jose” with deportation if he didn’t keep his mouth shut seems to points to the fact that Babeau, Heinz, and Heinz’s partner may have had a “special  relationship”

Openly gay Tucson state Representative Matt Heinz was one of two Democratic lawmakers who broke ranks with the party in March 2011 and voted to give Babeu $5 million to combat border violence. Other lawmakers opposed the measure, in part, because Babeu’s county is at least 70 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border. The measure finally was pared down to $1.7 million and passed by the Legislature.

About a week after Heinz’s nod to Babeu, the sheriff spent the night at Heinz’s home, text messages that Jose shared with New Times show.

“I’m at Mat Heinz and his boyfriend for dinner & ice cream . . . we are going out to bar and . . . to their house. [Am] staying over,” Babeu texted to Jose at 1:04 a.m. last April 2.
