Male Bonding...

Sign Of The Day:

New Book: Larry Flynt exposes the gay relationships of some of our leaders!

Larry Flynt, one who never shies away from controversy, has a new book called "One Nation Under Sex", and it's a doozy. In the book, Larry Flynt delves in to the sex lives of the most powerful men and women in this country. But of course the most juicy stuff for me, are the gay exploits of our well known politicians and leaders.

Here is a snippet:

The book chronicles two centuries of facts, rumors and innuendo about some of the most powerful men and women the country has known. The tales include the well-known dalliances of John F. Kennedy and Bill Clinton, as well as stories about former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover carrying on a homosexual affair even as he hunted "deviants" who did the same.

A chapter about Abraham Lincoln, entitled "The Original Log Cabin Republican," suggests he may have been gay.

"We established that Lincoln slept with men," Flynt said. "What they did in bed, we don't know."

And these aren't the only two gay sex stories in the book. Something tells me this will not make Oprah's book club, but it will make Izzoiz's!

Senate candidate anti-gay Ken Buck believes in DADT...

Below, Colorado Senate candidate Ken Buck gives his pathetic reasons why DADT should stay in place. The dumb as, thinks gay is a choice. Another dumb as Republican.

Possible Gay Bashing In Texas, Leaves Victim In Critical Condition...

EL PASO -- There was a gay bashing outside a gay bar in downtown El Paso last night, but it is not yet being identified as such by the local El Paso media.

According to the El Paso Times, a 22-year old man is in critical condition after being jumped by six men after a "verbal confrontation," but there is no indication in any of the reports that the man was gay. deets here

Sean Avery, First Athlete To Support NY Marriage Equality...

Sean Avery of the New York Rangers in an interview with the New York Times, that he supports gay marriage. He has gay friends, and doesn't see why they shouldn't have equal rights.

As great as this is, there is one sad note, Avery is the only active athlete to throw his support behind equality. With all the major sports teams, especially in NY, this is disgusting. Hello Jeeter, Arod and all the others that play for the NY teams that MANY gay fans support, where is YOUR support back??
"I'm Sean Avery and I'm a New Yorker for marriage equality. I treat everyone the way I expect to be treated, and that applies to marriage," he says in the video, which is sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign. "Committed couples should be able to marry the person they love."

Olympic Bigot Resigns After Over Prop 8 Support....

Peter Vidmar has resigned as Chief Of Mission for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team, a week after he took the job. The position of Vidmar came under major heat, when info about him supporting Cali's Prop 8 and marching in anti-gay marches came to light. The anti-gay douche also donated $2,000 to the Prop 8 hate campaign. Vidmar suffers from a dreadful disease called being a Mor-on Mormon. With all the gays that participate in the Olympics, how did the committee really think they could hire such a bigot?

Vidmar has been quoted saying: "it's good for our society to have a traditional definition of marriage.'

Well dumb, dumb, it clearly is not good for your career...

Here is his statement after he resigned (at least that is the story they are giving)

"I have dedicated my life to the Olympic movement and the ideals of excellence, friendship and respect. I wish that my personal religious beliefs would not have become a distraction from the amazing things that are happening in the Olympic movement in the United States. I simply cannot have my presence become a detriment to the U.S. Olympic family. I hope that by stepping aside, the athletes and their stories will rightly take center stage."

First gay bar opens in Atlantic City...

The first nightclub catering exclusively for gay and lesbian gamblers has opened in Atlantic City, New Jersey within one of the destination's casinos.

Named Prohibition, the complex is the brainchild of Resorts Casino Hotel and will feature a nightclub for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) crowd.

"Atlantic City has plenty of world-class amenities, but no full-scale casino gay nightclub and now Resorts will fill that void with Prohibition," Joel Ballesteros, the company's director of LGBT marketing, told the Press of Atlantic City. deets here

I can't believe this is the first gay club in Atlantic City!

Rutgers student takes plea...

Molly Wei, 19, of West Windsor, N.J., a former Rutgers University freshman has struck a plea bargain for her involvement in a secret webcast of a gay fellow student that led to his suicide. Today pleaded not guilty and was accepted into a three-year pre-trial intervention program that could lead to a dismissal of two counts of invasion of privacy. She and Dharun Ravi, Clementi's roommate, are accused of setting up a webcam surreptitiously to catch the 18-year-old freshman having sex.

This story is still so tragic.

Rick Santorum continues to spread his hate...

Last night at the Republican presidential debate, former Sen. Rick the Dick Santorum refused to join a "truce" on social issues. Of course the douchebag will not give up the fight on gay issues.

Former soldier charged over gay-hate site...

Seriously, what is wrong with people?

SYDNEY police have charged a former Australian soldier over the creation of a Facebook gay-hate page that targeted four serving members of the Defence Force.

The arrest was made less than a month after the Herald revealed the harassment, which targeted an army major, Paul Morgan, two members of the Sydney-based commando regiment 2RAR and another serving soldier.

It was also revealed that - despite the Facebook page clearly identifying several dozen serving soldiers - the Defence Force failed properly to investigate and punish dozens of serving members allegedly linked to a social media campaign designed to expose and intimidate homosexual person. deets here

Gay Hating Republicans Advance Minn. Anti-Gay Marriage Bill...

If i have not said it enough, let me say it again, Sen. Warren Limmer, is a DOUCHEBAG....

A bill that proposes a ban on gay marriage on the 2012 ballot passed the Senate Rules Committee on Friday morning and will now head to the Senate floor for a full vote. During brief testimony, DFLers on the committee raised concerns about rushing the passage of such a contentious measure this year and about its possible unintended consequences for same-sex couples.

“This isn’t something that we have to do this year,” Sen. Linda Berglin, DFL-Minneapolis, said. “We don’t have a vote until next year. This is a very controversial constitutional amendment, and we have a limited amount of time before the session is going to be over.”

Sen. Warren Limmer, R-Maple Grove, said he was concerned that gay marriage might become legal soon.

“There is a reason; as you know the definition of marriage is a very personal one,” he said. “There is a court case that is pending regarding the definition of marriage. They were dismissed in court and they have avowed publicly that they are going to a higher court.”

He added, “That creates a sense of expediency for the Legislature to act.” deets here

"Kill Gays" Bill Advances....

From left: bill sponsor David Bahati, parliament speaker Edward Ssekandi, and minister Martin Ssempa

Contrary to some published reports, Uganda’s “kill the gays” bill is moving forward and may do so swiftly, possibly coming to a vote within the next week, blogger David Badashreports.

There were hearings before a parliamentary committee Friday on the bill, which would mandate the death penalty for homosexuality in certain circumstances, Badash reports on the blog The New Civil Rights Movement. The Associated Press had reported last week that the death penalty provision may be removed, but it remains in the bill so far, according to Badash. Sponsor David Bahati “claimed last week he would ‘concede’ the provision if it would move the bill into law,” the blogger writes. “Many believe that concession to be a ruse.”

If this bill passes then the United States should cut off any aid to Uganda.

Rape Charges Dropped In Phoebe Prince Case...

CBS/WBZ/AP) AMHERST, Mass. - Statutory rape charges have been dropped against Austin Renaud, who was slated to go to trial for allegedly having sexual relations with Phoebe Prince, a 15-year-old Massachusetts girl who took her own life after classmates relentlessly bullied her.

Five other teens accused of bullying accepted plea deals in the case on Wednesday and Thursday.

The district attorney announced Thursday the charges against Renaud, 19, were dropped per the request of Prince's family. He was set to face the statutory rape charges in July, reports CBS station WBZ.

Ashley Longe was the last of five teens to accept a plea deal; she admitted there are sufficient facts for a charge of criminal harassment against her in the bullying of Phoebe, a freshman at South Hadley High School who hanged herself in January 2010.

Happy Friday!!!

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Florida Outlaws Sex With Animals...

Ted Nugent Responds To My Post! And Its Not Nice!

Yesterday i posted about Ted Nugent's homophobic rant about Kobe Bryant being wrongly fined for his anti-gay slur. In the op ed that Nugent wrote for the Washington Times, he littered it with not so gay friendly comments ( and thats an understatement) So after reading his piece, I took the liberty of breaking it down and ripping apart each derogatory comment he made.

I then took the courtesy of sending Nugent my post. Well, Teddy responded! And i must say it's about as ignorant as his op ed piece. He insisted that his rant had nothing to do with homosexuality. But i will let you be the judge. Below i posted the original post from yesterday and then after it, Teddy's email to me and then my response back and THEN his response to that...Enjoy!

Update: Anti-Gay Ted Nugent Is The BIGGEST Douchebag Of The Day!

In an op ed piece for the Washington Times, washed up gay hating bigot musician, Ted Nugent, wrote about the "travesty" of Kobe Bryant being fined $100 grand for calling a referee an anti-gay slur. It is one of the most bigoted, ignorant pieces i have read. I can not believe the Washington Times would publish this. Lets break it down a bit, shall we, because i am ready to fire:

To be exact, Mr. Bryant committed this egregious verbal foul because he used a word demeaning to homosexuals, the most protected class of people in America.

Gay rights groups applaud the decision of the NBA, which must make all the homosexual basketball fans feel peachy and special. Who knows, maybe the NBA will use Mr. Bryant’s $100,000 to buy courtside seats for gay basketball fans. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Show some gay pride, NBA.

Most protected class? If that were true, brainiac, we would have equal rights across this country...If given the $100,000, unlike trash like you, we the GAYS would donate to, i don't know,Anti-bullying campaigns, AIDS research, and a plethora of many causes to further the education of people about the dangers of discrimination and bigotry that you are so deeply suffering from.

The principle is what matters. Those of us addicted to common sense and logic think that fining Mr. Bryant $100,000 for calling a referee a name is much more ugly, vile and demeaning than anything Mr. Bryant uttered or could possibly have uttered. The politically correct brain-dead can’t seem to remember the ending for “Sticks and Stones.”

Think of it: $100,000 for calling someone a name. A simple apology from Mr. Bryant to the referee obviously wasn’t good enough for the NBA.

No it was not good enough for two reasons, number 1 being the amount of kids that are being bullied and committing suicide because of these anti-gay slurs is an epidemic in this country and world. That's where your "Sticks and Stones" mentality has gotten us. But i guess throwing kids to their deaths is OK with you as long as your rights are not infringed upon to spew your hate speech without consequences. Bryant is a role model for many young people of all different walks of life and yes, that includes gay kids he should no better as should anyone in that position.

Secondly if that was the N-word used by a non black person, this would have been the biggest upset in this country since Imus coined "nappy headed ho's". So yes, he deserved to fined. But let me ask you this, i wonder how upset you would be if it was in fact the reverse, and a white player got fined? I am quite sure you would not even think of opening your mouth...

I doubt Mr. Bryant would have been fined 10 cents had he referred to the referee as a useless Christ on a crucifix soaking in a vat of urine. I cant even touch this one, it is so beyond stupid.

If the NBA had any true gay convictions, the NBA should host a Homosexual Night. During halftime, the homosexuals could come down on the court, hold hands and prance around the court to music by the Village People. The NBA could then give each homosexual a pink basketball as a symbol of solidarity.

First of all it would be Lady Gaga and the song would be "Born This Way" Do you know it?. Cuz it's on iTunes if not.  Secondly we would prefer rainbow color basketballs hence the term BALLS. Oh and another thing, times have changed a bit and us gays always know for reinventing our selves like our goddess Madonna, we don't prance anymore, nor skip, nor twirl, nor shake with a limp wrist, or even lisp,(well except for me) the gay's have evolved, but sadly you clearly have not. With the great strides we have made, more people are being empowered and coming out and i mean by the purse loads. Its not that easy anymore to pick out the gay person. We now own masculinity and soon we will have world domination. :) Although you probably wouldn't know that, livin' out there on that farm and all, polishing your bayonet.

Homosexuals are a protected class in America. If you think what happened to Mr. Bryant was a travesty, just wait until you see what homosexuals in the military do when they claim they have been mistreated because of their sexual orientation.

I always love when one comments on the military when one has never served in, actually let me refer to this little nugget:

In 2006, an interviewer from the British newspaper The Independent questioned Nugent about a 1977 interview in High Times magazine in which Nugent allegedly detailed elaborate steps taken to avoid the Vietnam draft.[50] In the interview Nugent explains that, contrary to the story in High Times, he was awarded a 1Y (student) deferment because he was enrolled as a student at Oakland Community CollegeGotta love Wikipedia. Don't ya agree?

Don't you DARE comment on gay soldiers who have died and fought for this country and YOUR freedoms. For someone who claims they are such a "Patriot" you should be ashamed of your low rent self.

Nugent is a shining example of the ignorance, bigotry and discrimination that rots in the souls of people like him. Where does the fear come from Teddy? Are we harboring some undelt with feelings?? Hmmmmm.

Bottom line, take your Michigan Militia esq ignorant ass back to the farm, barricade yourself in with your NRA stash and hunker down, because the world has and is changing. All though NOT a protected class, we gays are marching our army like never before and winning battles everyday and we won't quit until everyone is TRULY free....

ps. Go here to read what a true skank Ted Nugent is...Its very gross...

Nugent's Response:
Does anyone truly need my statement in my WashX piece clarified? Could anyone not understand the clear & obvious statement that it has nothing to do with homosexuality but all about petty feelings and inconsequential street terminology & hypocritical overeaction by touchy feely politically correct speech controllers? I think not. Shut the fuck up & get me a pink pistol. I'm donning my gay apparel again today. Luv & smoochy, Ted

My response:
Oh Ted, what a pathetic low life you are. How sad for you. There is no way that statement had "nothing to do with homosexuality" it have everything to do with it. Your petty little man comments about the gays says it all and so does your response to my email. Children are dying, committing suicide because of the type of ignorance you and others are promoting. Can you not wrap your brain around that? You are a father for god sakes, wtf?

I would love to see what you have in your closet that you consider gay apparel. Would they be cross dressing items by chance? Cuz if that is your "gay apparel" you are way off base. "shut the fuck up"? NEVER. Go ahead and grab your "pink pistol" because what us GAYS have is far more powerful than any pistol or gay apparel you have, it's called a brain.... Bring it on...

And lastly Nugent's Response:  ohdeargod

What more is there to say?

Alleged rape, killing of gay rights campaigner sparks call for action

Beyond disgusted! How people can be so inhumane is sickening...

A 24-year-old who was stabbed to death in South Africa is the victim of "corrective rape," gay rights activists said Thursday, a crime where men attack lesbians in an attempt to reverse their sexual orientation.

Noxolo Nogwaza was attacked late last month after dropping off her girlfriend in Kwa-Thema township near Johannesburg.

She was raped, stabbed with broken glass several times and her face pummelled with rocks, Human Rights Watch said.

"A beer bottle, a large rock and used condoms were found on and near her body," the rights group said.

Earlier this week, the nation's Justice Ministry set up a task force to address hate crimes against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender South Africans.

The task team was set up after activists worldwide signed an online petition demanding the South African government act to halt the attacks. The call to petition intensified after Nogwaza's killing.

Police in Gauteng province, where the township is located, said they have not found any evidence of a hate crime and an investigation is under way.

But some gay rights activists disagree.

"Her attack is a case of corrective rape," said gay rights activist Lydia Kunu. "Neighbors said they heard her attackers telling her, 'We will take the lesbian out of you. ' They were mocking her and asking her why she acts like a man."

Popular Gay Bar Closing In NY...

Beige is closing its doors after a long run. I use to go there back in the day, it was a Tuesday night staple. It was a bit hob knoby but that is not unlike a lot of the bars in Gotham. Apparently, Promoter Erich Conrad is putting the blame on a bunch of party pooper tenants in the condos next door. They have been complaining about the noise. Here is what i have to say, if you choose to live in a close quarter city, than you have to prepare yourself for all that comes with that....

Gay Killer's Execution Put on Hold...

This month's scheduled execution of twice-convicted Bucks County murderer Richard Laird has been put on hold.

On March 14, Gov. Corbett signed a death warrant calling for Laird to be executed next Thursday for the slaying of Levittown artist Anthony Milano in 1987.

Two Bucks County juries - one in 1988 and another in 2007 - have convicted and sentenced Laird, 47, to death for his role in the torture killing. Prosecutors say Milano, 26, was targeted because he was gay.

On April 18, Bucks County Court Judge Rea B. Boylan granted a stay of execution while Laird's attorneys pursue post-conviction appeals.

Convicted with Laird in 1988 was his drinking buddy, Frank Chester of Tullytown, who also received a death sentence. Chester's conviction also was overturned recently, but prosecutors are still contesting that decision.

The case drew wide notoriety because it was among the first to draw attention to gay-bashing in this area. Prosecutors said Milano had been accosted by Chester and Laird in a bar, harassed because he was gay, and forced to drive them home.

Milano was found dead along a road in Bristol Township, beaten and slashed in the throat so many times that his spinal cord was severed. full deets here

AG Eric Holder Issues Halt To Deportation Of LGBT Spouses...

Attorney General Eric Holder today filed a very rare decision, vacating a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals related to the application of Paul Wilson Dorman, in which the BIA applied Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act to a pending case.

holder.jpgHolder writes:

Pursuant to my authority set forth in 8 C.F.R. § 1003.1(h)(1)(i), I order that the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("Board") in this case applying Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act ("DOMA"), 1 U.S.C. § 7, be vacated, and that this matter be referred to me for review.

Saying the attorney general "has taken [an] extraordinary step" with the decision, attorney Eric Berndt -- the supervising attorney for the National Asylum Partnership on Sexual Minorities at the National Immigrant Justice Center -- told Metro Weekly, "It adds some heft to our requests for prosecutorial discretion in individual cases in which the foreign partner" of a same-sex bi-national couple is seeking a green card because of his or her citizen same-sex partner.

Attorney Lavi Soloway -- a co-founder of Immigration Equality -- has been one of the leading attorney-advocates on the issue of asking the government to exercise that discretion. Soloway tells Metro Weekly in an email, "This development could be a sign that the Obama administration is looking for a way to protect gay and lesbian bi-national couples who are currently barred from the regular marriage-based immigration process by the Defense of Marriage Act. deets here

Real Worlds Gay Porn Cast Memeber: "I am Not Homophobic"

Dustin Zito, the "Real World" cast member with the gay porn past, claims he is not homophobic after remarks he made during one of the episodes.

In an interview with Ology.com, Zito insisted he's not homophobic, but opposed to aggressive come ons from guys.

“I was raised in a very strict religious upbringing, where being gay was wrong,” he said. “And as I grew, I talked to people and I learned hey, there's nothing wrong with this. … The only thing is … a lot of people know that I say I'm straight, but they wanna test me. They wanna turn me gay.”

“A lot of gay people come at me in the wrong way,” he added.

“I'm not homophobic. I have no problems with gay people,” he continued. “I'm just intimidated by aggressive gay people! I understand where girls come from, when guys come up to them in the club and grab ass and say rude and disrespectful things. I know what that feels like now.”

When asked what he regretted most from the show, Zito said: “I guess it would be being more open about my past – my porn past.”

18 year old With Learning Disabilities Brutally Attacked...

This story is so hideous that i had to post the whole thing. I am so angry right now about this...

DEL CITY, Okla. – Two men and two women are accused of pinning down a man who has learning disabilities, tattooing the word "RAPEST" on his forehead and shocking his genitals with a stun gun before beating him unconscious with a baseball bat, police said Wednesday.

The accused told police they attacked Stetson Johnson, 18, because he tried to have sex with one of them, according to a police spokesman. Detectives found no evidence to support their claims, he said.

Johnson, of Oklahoma City, said he is acquainted with all four but has never tried to hurt any of them. He said the April 17 attack began when he was thrown to the ground and kicked in the face "dozens of times" by two men while two women took turns using a stun gun on his genitals. He said the attackers yelled obscenities at him.

"I was screaming. It was hurting," he said. "After they kicked me in the face I said, 'Oh my god, they're going to kill me.'"

Two women and two men are being held without bail but have not been formally charged. Capt. Jody Suit, spokesman for the Del City Police Department, said police plan to recommend charges of assault and battery, maiming by disfigurement and kidnapping.

The attackers placed duct tape around Johnson's hands and held him down while one tattooed the word "RAPEST" on his forehead, Johnson said. The word, apparently a misspelling of "rapist," has since been covered with another tattoo that looks like a bar code.

The attackers also tattooed a phrase on his chest that resembles "I like little boys," police said.

They then put Johnson in a car and transported him to Eagle Lake in Del City, where he was beaten in the arms and head with a baseball bat, causing a gash in his head that required 18 stitches to close.

Johnson said he was unconscious for about two hours before he awoke and sought help.

"When I got up I felt dizzy," he said. Johnson said he tried to get help from motorists on a nearby highway before walking about a quarter of a mile to a mobile home park, where a resident called police.

"They found him almost dead," Suit said.

Johnson spent a week in the hospital, including three days in the intensive care unit, for treatment of a fractured skull, broken nose and other wounds sustained in the beating.

"They almost killed me," he said.

Police seized tattoo guns, needles, ink and a Taser gun after the suspects were taken into custody, according to a police report.

Suit says the attackers told authorities they were trying to punish Johnson after one of the women accused him of trying to have sex with her. Johnson denies that, and Suit says there's no evidence to support it.

"To me it's bullying. The guy has the mentality of a fifth-grader," Suit said.

He said the four have not yet been assigned public defenders.

Johnson bears scars from the attack and said he has trouble breathing and seeing out of one eye. He also said he suffers from anxiety and has nightmares about being killed.

"Everywhere I go, I look around like, 'What's going to happen?'" he said. "I don't understand why they would do something like this until I was almost dead. They deserve justice."

He said he would like to have the tattoos removed but cannot afford it. In the meantime, he had the one on his forehead turned into a barcode, with the numerals "7" that he hopes will bring him luck and a reference to 2010, which he said was a good year for him.

Johnson's mother, Lucy Ford, said she and her son plan to move from their southwest Oklahoma City home.

"He feels that it's unsafe for him here. He can't sleep at night," Ford said. "I just can't believe that people would be so mean. He's 18 years old. He has his whole life before him. And he almost lost it?"

Johnson's sister, Crystal Cline, said the incident makes her fear for the safety of her two small children.

"People are evil these days," Cline said. deets here

I would personally like to get my hands on all 4 of these low life scumbags and believe you me, they would not be pulling shit again. They better trow the book at them.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!!!

How will you be celebrating tonight? I will be hitting the bars in West Hollywood for some cocktails with friends.

Fox Affiliate Stands by their bigotry...

The other day I posted about GLAAD seeking an apology from a Fox affilite in Houston for having\ Bryan Fischer, a big wig at the anti-gay hate group American Family Association on and spewing anti-gay remarks during a segment about the TV show glee. In my post i said "good luck" with that request and boy was i right. Well the affiliate agreed to issue an apology then decided agianst it claiming they stand by the segment.
Via Towleroad here is the rest of the story:

GLAAD has called on the affiliate to apologize, which they said they would do, but then backtracked on that promise. Meanwhile, hate group leader Fischer has lashed out at GLAAD.

GLAAD reports:
After receiving complaints about this FOX Houston program, GLAAD contacted the station to demand that they issue an apology. Broadcasting anti-gay speech is dangerously irresponsible, and the station must be accountable. In conversations with GLAAD, a representative of the station implied that an apology was in order and should be expected. However, no apology has been issued, and in an abrupt reversal, representatives of the station now maintain that they stand behind this content.

Hate group leader Fischer answers GLAAD's call:

Fear of the truth is why GLAAD has launched virtually a nationwide campaign to deprive me of my right to freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and freedom of the press. They don’t want my message on the air. They want the message screened out, censored, and banished. And so as always, the very folks who claim they are the paragons of tolerance prove to be the most intolerant folks of all.

In so doing, they have revealed that they detest the First Amendment and the protection it provides for robust public discourse on important social issues.

Why such tyrannical and vitriolic repression? Simple: gay activists can’t handle the truth.

And GLAAD's Jarrett Barrios responds to Fischer in a statement obtained by Towleroad:

“It’s many anti-gay activists who can’t handle the truth that more and more Americans are supporting their LGBT friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. The first amendment doesn't protect from being criticized for bad journalism nor does it guarantee a platform for representing inaccurate and extremist views in the media.”

And here is my response. Bryan Fischer is part of a breed that is dying off and becoming extinct rapidly as the years go by and the new generations come up. Like the KKK which once numbered in the millions has now be reduced to Fred Phelps, Westboro Baptist status so to speak. Fischer and his like minded heathens will have their moments in the sun here and there, but ultimately they know they are losing a battle that has shown time, education and natural progression has turned the tides....

Bill Clinton Supports NY Gay Marriage...Not Impressed...

President Bill Clinton endorsed marriage equality legislation in New York as it appears increasingly likely that lawmakers will vote on the measure by June.

Clinton, a popular figure in the Democratic party, announced his support in a statement released by the Human Rights Campaign on Thursday, saying that the goal of achieving a “more perfect union” includes marriage equality.

“Our nation's permanent mission is to form a ‘more perfect union’ - deepening the meaning of freedom, broadening the reach of opportunity, strengthening the bonds of community,” said Clinton, a New York state resident. “That mission has inspired and empowered us to extend rights to people previously denied them. Every time we have done that, it has strengthened our nation. Now we should do it again, in New York, with marriage equality. For more than a century, our Statue of Liberty has welcomed all kinds of people from all over the world yearning to be free. In the 21st century, I believe New York's welcome must include marriage equality,” he said. deets here

You know i believe in power in numbers, but to be honest all though i welcome all support, i not impressed by his. After all it was slick Willy who effed us with DOMA and Don't ask Don't Tell. He signed both of them in to law. And screwed us for years to come, probably more than any other president.. So although nice, not impressed at all...

Blake Shelton Wtf? Tweets Homophobic Comments...

I have to say i had no idea who Blake Shelton was. I did hear about the comment he made about Jake Gyllenhaal, but his name did not stick with me, nor do i watch The Voice. But apparently he tweeted out the following homophobic tweets and when he was called out on them, he did not choose his words to wisely...Shelton, claims that he is not homophobic and i do realize that college guy mentality that some straight men suffer from, but in this day and age, the type of comments Shelton made are just not appropriate. Again would he make those same comments about a Jewish or black guy?

Man charged over offensive anti-gay Facebook group and threats

Police have charged an ex-member of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) with allegedly threatening a senior army officer and creating a Facebook ‘hate page’.

On Wednesday 10 March 2010, a Major attached to the Australian Army allegedly received a number of threats via email relating to his sexuality.

Detectives from Surry Hills Local Area Command commenced an investigation, and during the investigation came across a page on Facebook which allegedly encouraged violence towards homosexuals.

The page also allegedly named a number of employees of the ADF in an attempt to identify them as homosexual.

About 8am today (5 May), a 32-year-old Kareela man was arrested at Surry Hills Police Station.

He was subsequently charged with one count of use carriage service to threaten, relating to the threats against the Major, and one count of use carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence, relating to the alleged creation of the Facebook group.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on 3 June 2011. deets here

Napoleon's Penis Has Been In New Jersey After All These Years...

Wtf? Lolz...This is quite a story...

After his game-changing defeat at the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon was exiled to the British island of St. Helena, where it is now believed that he was ultimately poisoned with arsenic. The fact that his captors ended his life prematurely seems pretty heinous in and of itself, but wait–there’s more.

It seems that Napoleon’s doctor removed his penis during the autopsy, and then gave it to a priest, Vignali, who then smuggled it to Corsica. Wisely recognizing the value of such an objet, the priest’s family passed it along until 1916, when a British collector got a hold of it, along with other pieces in the so-called “Vignali Collection.”

We might say that Napoleon’s penis was under-appreciated. Having only been displayed once (New York, 1927), it was ultimately mocked for its small size and referred to by curious spectators as a small piece of leather or a shriveled eel. The penis was gradually separated from other artifacts in the Collection, leaving it to fend for itself. One of my favorite incidents occurred in 1969, in which London’s famed auction house, Christie’s, failed to make the sale, thus inspiring one newspaper to write, “Not tonight, Josephine!”

In 1977, the penis found itself on the auction block once again, where it was eagerly snatched up by America’s leading urologist, Dr. John Lattimer. Lattimer, a resident of New Jersey, was appalled by the mockery surrounding the object. Determined to see it removed from circulation, he kept it from public scrutiny by hiding it in his home, thus elevating it to a position of respect and giving it the proper esteem that it so clearly deserved.

Napoleon’s business remains with the Lattimer family to this day, where it is kept in a beautiful monogrammed box….in a closet. Just like he would have wanted! deets here

LGBT Adoption Bill Introduced In The House

WASHINGTON -- As several states have moved to make it harder for same-sex families to adopt children or become foster parents, Rep. Pete Stark (D-Calif.) introduced legislation on Tuesday that would make such discrimination illegal across the country.

The Every Child Deserves a Family Act would "ban discrimination in adoption or foster care placement based on the sexual orientation, marital status or gender identity of the potential parent, or the sexual orientation or gender identity of the child," according to a statement from Stark's office. It has 33 Democratic co-sponsors in the House, and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) will introduce a companion bill in the Senate in the coming weeks. deets here

White House Not Releasing bin Laden Death Photos...

Dead Bitch! Suck it Effin Pig...

In an interview President Obama just did with Kroft for this Sunday's 60 Minutes, he says he will not be releasing the death photos of bin Laden. He explains:

"The risks of release outweigh the benefits. Conspiracy theorists around the world will just claim the photos are doctored anyway, and there is a real risk that releasing the photos will only serve to inflame public opinion in the Middle East. Imagine how the American people would react if Al Qaida killed one of our troops or military leaders, and put photos of the body on the internet. Osama bin Laden is not a trophy - he is dead and let's now focus on continuing the fight until Al Qaida has been eliminated."

Um, referencing "what if Al Qaida", is not really the same. Those crazy ass nut-cases would not release a photo in good faith just because we did. Hello, they killed over 3 thousand people on 9/11 and countless innocent others around the world for years. Us not releasing a photograph of Osama with his head blown open, is no deterrent to whether they would or not do the same. I personally want to see the scumbags face. But truthfully I could careless. Just knowing that the pig is dead, is more than enough for me!

R.I.: Civil Unions Bill Introduced...

Legislation to establish civil unions for same-sex couples was introduced in Rhode Island Tuesday, as marriage equality advocates rallying at the state capitol denounced the move as a watered-down compromise.

Leaders of the state house of representatives decided to support civil unions legislation after concluding there were not enough votes to pass a marriage equality bill in this session. “To think we should have a vote [on same-sex marriage legislation] when we know it’s going to die is just foolish,” Rep. Peter Petrarca, the civil unions bill’s sponsor, told the Associated Press.

Marriage equality activists, meanwhile, vowed to elect lawmakers who would support their cause. “The 2012 election cycle starts now,” Kate Brock, executive director of the group Ocean State Action, told the hundreds of demonstrators gathered at the statehouse. “We start recruiting candidates now. We start building our war chests now. Don’t get mad. Get elected.” deets here
