High School student arrested, charged For Video Taping Male Classmates In Naked In Locker Room…

St. Louis, MO (KSDK) – An 18-year-old Ritenour High School student is accused of shooting cell phone video of naked or near-naked classmates.
Dalton Heinle, a senior and member of the high school swim team, is charged with invasion of privacy of multiple individuals.
Police say a classmate who caught Heinle taking video of him turned Heinle into school officials.
So far, police say there are seven videos, mostly taken in locker rooms or bathrooms; all without the subjects’ permission. They add there could be additional charges against Heinle, because there are additional videos that are still being investigated.

The father of an 18-year-old Ritenour High School student accused of shooting cell phone video of naked or near-naked classmates has also been charged.
According to Captain Scott Robinson, spokesman for the Breckenridge Hills Police Department, the Granite City Police Department contacted them on April 27 to report they had recovered parts of a personal computer that had been placed in a dumpster at a metal scrap yard within their venue. Granite City police said they observed a person in the parking lot of a scrap yard in at 11 p.m. on April 27.
During the course of the investigation, authorities discovered the man tossing the computer was Virgil Heinle, the father of Dalton Heinle.
Virgil Heinle, 49, turned himself in to the Breckenridge Hills Police Department where he was charged with tampering with physical evidence and released pending further investigation.
