SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Five of seven defendants charged in connection with the beating of a homosexual man and his partner have agreed to plea deals in their case.

The defendants were charged in connection with the beating of David James Bell and his partner Dan Fair after Bell was accused by neighbors of kidnapping children during a July 24th party in 2008.

Bell was acquitted of all kidnapping charges during a 2010 trial. deets here
