WisconSIN Supreme Court Sucks Ass!

izz: The Supreme Court unanimously voted to keep in place a law that bans gay marriage but also civil unions. This goes to show you that this has nothing to do with Gay Marriage and everything to do with discriminating against homosexuals. 

William McConkey, a professor at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, challenged the amendment citing a rule that limits referendum questions to a single subject. McConkey claimed that gay marriage and civil unions were two separate subjects.

Justice Michael Gableman summarized the court’s understanding of the two terms, saying that both “carry out the same general purpose of preserving the legal status of marriage in Wisconsin as between only one man and one woman.”
