Singer Chubby Checker is not too happy with a app that measures a mans penis by his shoe size ( in that case i must have to throw mine over my shoulder 
and he is suing mad.
The 71-year-old music legend has filed a lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard and Palm (ha, palm) … claiming they violated his trademark on the name “Chubby Checker” … by releasing “The Chubby Checker” app, which “enables women to estimate the size of a man’s penis based on his shoe size.”…What about men?
Chubby claims he sent the old cease and desist letter to the company in 2012 , but the company blew him off ( and not in the good way) . So now he is taking their chubbies to court…This story just gives us too much pecker fun to play with.
According to the suit, Chubby not only wants the companies to shut down the app … he also wants a ton of money for damaging his non-penis measuring reputation.
Checker phoned into TMZ and said: “I don’t want people to go around calling me a penis.”
