TULSA, Okla. — A Republican in the Oklahoma House has filed a bill that would apply the standards of the military’s former “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy to the Oklahoma National Guard.
Rep. Mike Reynolds of Oklahoma City said Monday the state can set standards for the National Guard and his bill would roll back to the national policy that ended Sept. 20.
